NOTES:

* Client pays commissions of all banks involved in the payment (charges: our), except for the cases where there is an agreement between banks on commission deduction at the expense of beneficiary / credit fee deduct agreement.

** It is admissible that a commission is included to the conversion rate.

  1. The present commission rates apply to operations handled in a routine fashion. Bank reserves the right to deduct special and extra commission when extra volume of work is involved or extraordinary circumstances take place.
  2. Deduction of commission in the national currency of Ukraine at NBU rate is admissible on all types of operations.
  3. Bank has the right to deduct commission in any currency independently of the currency of operation. Amount of commission is calculated at the cross rates of NBU.
  4. Commission stipulated by item 12 is subject to VAT being 20% of commission amount.
